John co founded the company in 1997. He has particular expertise as architect and urban designer of large scale mixed use urban regeneration schemes with particular experience in retail, leisure, residential and workplace environments. John’s work has been exhibited in the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition and exhibited at the RIBA as one of the forty best architects in the United Kingdom. He has won architectural competitions and his projects have been exhibited in newspapers, magazines and architectural journals.
Awards include Civic Trust, National Housing Design Award, National House Building Award, Daily Telegraph What House? Award, National Regeneration Award.
Marianna’s involvement with architecture includes five years working with a highly respected development company where she managed pre acquisition site due diligence, including conducting feasibility and value adding studies, managed the planning process working closely with external consultants, stake holders and local authorities to ensure expeditious success. She gained considerable experience in technical and legal problem resolution.
She has been involved with all our major projects and brings valuable commercial experience and an understanding of client needs and finance to any project.
Marianna is also Deputy Chair of NAWIC (The National Association of Women in Construction)
Rosie manages our design and delivery process. Before joining 4D Studio she spent three decades managing major photographic assignments that required the seamless co-ordination of photographers, equipment, props, models, directors, assistants, set builders, stylists and the like and doing so all round the world. She is well placed to manage the delivery of everything our Design Studio generates that is needed for the homes our clients want be it part of our architecture or interior design output or in liaison with our approved suppliers of soft furnishing, furniture, art works and the like
For over three decades Will has been a principal in architect and interior design practices. With an intuitive approach to design he produces bespoke design solutions through close communication with the client, the site and the environment generally.
Will’s portfolio is extensive and ranges from period to modern new build. He has a considerable track record of working on residential buildings and has also worked extensively on film and sound facilities projects.
Will focusses on the relationship between space and the built environment, the implications of this on built forms and the potential of architecture for regeneration.
Martyn co-founded the company in 1997. He has a vast range of experience as an architect spanning the commercial and residential fields and has successfully managed and delivered projects of all sizes and scales. He has particular experience of retail, workplace and hotel sectors and working to the institutional standards required by funds and financial institutions.
Martyn has been responsible for a significant number of buildings in London’s City, West End and the London Boroughs as well as a variety of town centres elsewhere in the UK
