This regeneration project has been undertake for the joint venture formed by Bellway Homes / Anderson Group and development partners Galleons Housing Association.
It comprises the second phase of a major regeneration project at Thamesmead in SE London.
Our architects were appointed for submission of a reserved matters application proposing the creation of 220 units for rent or shared ownership. The sustainable scheme is an integral part of the major regeneration that is taking place at Tavy Bridge and consists of 220 apartments and houses on three separate sites.
The existing estate is around 35 years old and its layout and dated design are partly to blame for a range of social and economic ills. The proposals form part of an overall masterplan aimed at transforming the estate into a secure, healthy, attractive and vibrant community.
